Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vymezení kalkulací a rozpočtů v konkrétním podniku. Specifikuje typy kalkulací a strukturu nákladů v kalkulacích na základě zpracované analýzy nákladů v bakalářské práci. Dále definuje rozpočty, jejich typy a způsoby sestavení a srovnává teoretické poznatky se skutečností ve vybraném podniku. Obsahuje návrhy pro zpřesnění kalkulací a rozpočtu. The diploma thesis focuses on specification of cost calculation and budgets in selected company. Specifies cost models and costing system based on analysis of costs in bachelor thesis. Defines budgets, budget types and budget method and compares theoretical knowledge with reality in selected company. It contains suggestions of costs and budgets improvement.
