Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a vypracováním informační strategie malého rodinného Faltysova knihkupectví na základě analýzy interním podnikových procesů a charakteristik firmy samotné, stejně tak jako s ohledem na vliv okolního prostředí. Navržená informační strategie by se měla stát důležitým podkladem plánování a rozhodování pro vedení firmy. This diploma thesis is focused on the information strategy of the small family business The Faltys´ bookstore. There are discussed internal and external conditions that have a relevant influence on a proposal of the information strategy and elaborated proposal of the information strategy that will serve as an important base for management decisions and plans.
