Tato diplomová práce hodnotí finanční a ekonomickou situaci firmy TESCAN s. r. o. v období let 2001 - 2006 a to prostřednictvím vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Obsahuje návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu s přihlédnutím k možnostem firmy a oblasti strategií jejího podnikání do budoucna. This thesis evaluates the financial and economic situation of the company TESCAN, s. r. o. in the time period of 2001 –2006 by way of prime financial analysis methods. It provides suggestions and recomendations for an improvement of the company´s current position with regards to com- pany opportunities and strategy areas of its future enterprise.
