Práce se zaměřuje na oblast řízení rizik v české energetice, seznamuje s jejím fungováním a souvislostmi. Dále přibližuje některé obecné principy managementu rizik, jejich význam v energetice a energetických projektech. Jsou popsány vybrané metody řízení rizik, což je základem pro následné doporučení jedné z nich pro nasazení v oblasti energetiky. Vybraná metoda je dále demonstrována na příkladu energetického projektu a je také navrženo její vylepšení. The work focuses on risk management in the Czech power engineering, introduces its functioning and connections. It also explains some of the general principles of risk management, its importance in the energy sector and energy projects. Selected risk management methods are described, which is the basis for the recommendation of one of them for application in the field of power engineering. The selected method is further demonstrated in the example of power energy project and its enhancements are proposed.
