Tato práce obsahuje podrobný návrh pro instalaci a konfiguraci výpočetního klastru primárně určeného pro paralelní výpočty v aplikace Octave. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé komponenty klastru, způsob jejich zapojení a nastavení. Klastr je postaven na operačním systému GNU\Linux a rozhraní MPI. Návrh umožňuje nasezení tohoto klastru na počítačích učebny, ve které probíhá výuka. This diploma thesis contains detailed design of high-performance cluster, primarely focused for parallel computing in Octave application. Each of component of this cluster is described along with instructions for installation and configuration. Cluster is based on GNU/Linux operating system and Message Parsing Interface. Design alllows implementation of this cluster in computers of schoolroom with active lessons.
