Studie se zabývá strukturou inscenace Vojna od E. F. Buriana, která byla vybudována na principech lidového divadla, stala se však moderním syntetickým scénickým tvarem. Zdůrazněn je především význam autorova pochopení synkretičnosti lidového projevu, které mu bylo zprostředkováno setkáním s dílem funkčního strukturalisty P. Bogatyriova. The contribution is focused on structur analysis of the staging of the E. F. Burian's folk play The War which was built on the principles of folk theatre but became a modern synthetic theatre. That was due to the cognition of syncretism in folk performance known from P. Bogatyriov's functionally structuralist studies.
