V této práci došlo k nastínění principů a způsobů regulace fyzikálních veličin za cílem co nejefektivnějšího pěstování rostlin. Na základě zjištěných faktů byl zvolen a naprogramován způsob ovládání fytotronové komory v PLC AMiNi2DS. Pro přístup k datům a možnostem nastavení byly také zhotoveny SCADA a HMI. Závěrem byl zhotoven manuál pro obsluhování zařízení a softwaru osobami seznámenými. In the thesis I outlined principles and ways of physical values regulation with the goal of the most efficient cultivation of the plants. Pursuant to identified facts I chose and programmed way of growth cabinet control in PLC AMiNi2DS. To access relevant data and possibilities of adjustment I also created SCADA and HMI. In conclusion I created manual for operating the device and software for acquainted people.
