Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá teoretickým popisem základů fotovoltaiky, principem FV článku, druhů poruch se vyskytujících v solárních článcích. Byly také popsány měřicí metody fotovoltaických článků a metody měření a kontroly teploty. Druhá část diplomové práce se zabývá praktickým měřením solárních článků metodou elektroluminiscence při různých teplotách měření. V této kapitole je také popsáno sestavené měřicí pracoviště solárních článků s řízením teploty. Master`s thesis in the first part deals with the theoretical description of the basics of photovoltaics, principles of solar cell, failures occurring in solar cells. There were also described diagnostic methods for measuring the solar cells and methods of temperature measurements and control . The second part of the thesis deals with the practical measurements of solar cells by electroluminescence at different temperatures. This chapter also describes measuring workplace of solar cells with temperature control.
