V současné době dochází ve zdravotnictví k rychlému vývoji nových zobrazovacích metod a zdokonalování používaných metod. S tím dochází i k vývoji nových metod pro zpracování dat pořízených těmito metodami. Především v minulých několika letech se stala velmi využívanou metodou registrace dat, kdy dochází k transformacím obrazů stejné scény tak, aby si co nejvíce odpovídaly. Práce se zabývá právě touto metodou zpracování dat, které tak poskytují detailnější informace o jednotlivých strukturách, vývoji jednotlivých struktur v čase, umožňují zobrazovat současně fyziologické i anatomické informace nebo předzpracují data k dalšímu zpracováním. At present, the medical industry rapidly develops new imaging techniques and improves the imaging methods. Simultaneously also are developed new methods for processing data acquired by these methods. Especially in the past few years has become very used method of registration data, which leads to image transformations of the same scene so that the condition as possible. The work deals with the method of processing data that provides detailed information to individual structures, developments of individual structures over time, allows to simultaneously displayanatomical and physiological information or preprocessing data for further processing.
