Tato práce je zaměřena na metody zobrazování žilního systému pomocí kamery v blízké infračervené oblasti v reálném čase. V teoretické části jsou popsány závislost reflektance a absorbance krve a tkání na vlnové délce a navrhnut vhodný způsob nasvětlování a snímání krevního řečiště. V práci jsou popsány metody pro zpracování a projekci žilního systému v reálném čase. Na základě teoretických poznatků bylo vytvořeno zařízení snímající a promítající obraz žilního systému v reálném čase a uživatelsky přívětivý program pro obsluhu přístroje. Vytvořený přístroj byl testován na řadě osob pro potvrzení správné funkčnosti. This work is focused on methods of real-time vein imaging using a camera in the near infrared region. The theoretical section describes the dependence of reflectance and absorbance of blood and tissue on the wavelength and suggests appropriate ways of illumination and viewing the bloodstream. The paper describes methods for real-time venous processing and projection. Based on theoretical knowledge a device sensing and projecting an image of real time examination of the venous system and a user-friendly programme for operating this device were created. The created device has been tested on a number of people to confirm proper operation.
