Účelem této práce bylo navržení a realizace elektrochemických čidel na analýzu DNA pomocí tlustovrstvé technologie. Spolu s nutnou teorií je rozvedena výroba od návrhu až po jednotlivé kroky při realizaci. Dále je popsáno měření spolu s výsledky a vyhodnocení z hlediska použití čidel v praxi. The objective of this work was creation of an electrochemical sensor for DNA analysis using thick layer technology. Development of sensors is described from the design face with particular steps of realization along with theory. Measurements with results and evaluation of possible application in common use are described.
