Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá plazmonickými nanostrukturami ve střední infračervené oblasti elektromagnetického spektra. V první části je rozebrán teoretický popis elektromagnetického pole a popis vlastností plazmonických nanostruktur. A dále je v této práci rozebrána výroba plazmonických nanoantén pro střední infračervenou oblast elektromagnetického spektra pomocí fokusovaného inntového svazku, a měření těchto nanostruktur pomocí Fourierovské infračervené spektroskopie. The bachelor thesis deals with plasmonic nanostructures for mid-infrared region of electromagnetic spectrum. In the first part, there are discussed theoretical description of electromagnetic field and description of properties of plasmonic nanostructures. Then the manufacturing methods of the plasmonic nanostructures for mid-infrared region of electromagnetic spectrum are discussed using focused ion beam, and measurement of these nanostructures are discussed using Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy.
