Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním lepených spojů u karoserií automobilů, které jsou nejvíce mechanicky namáhané za účelem výběru vhodných moderních lepidel u dané konstrukce karoserie automobilu. První část práce je zaměřena na popis technologie lepení včetně teoretických poznatků související s využitím při lepení u konstrukčních celků karoserie automobilu. Zadaná konstrukce a její řešení je provedeno tím způsobem, že byly vybrány tři druhy lepidel od firmy SIKA a vzájemně porovnané jejich vlastnosti. Poté je provedena experimentální zkouška u 18 vzorků na převislou smykovou pevnost v tahu a v závěru následuje vyhodnocení a výběr nejvhodnější a optimální varianty pro různé aplikace lepení. This thesis examines bonded joints of car bodies, which are the most mechanically challenged for selection of suitable, modern adhesives for the construction of the car body. The first part focuses on the description of the bonding technology, including theoretical knowledge related to the use for bonding assemblies for bodywork. The specified structure and its solution is carried out in the way that were selected by three types of adhesives SIKA and mutual comparison of their properties. After that an experimental test is conducted at 18 samples per overhanging shear tensile strength and finally followed by the evaluation and selection of the most appropriate and optimal variant for various bonding applications.
