Práce je zaměřena na shrnutí a rozšíření poznatků o principech zpětného proplachu za účelem zjištění vhodnosti použití ve filtrech společnosti Honeywell. Cílem úvodní části je vypracování rešerše a porovnání principů zpětného proplachu sít vodních filtrů. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou v dalších částech navrženy tři prototypy filtrů se zpětným proplachem a je uskutečněna jejich studie proveditelnosti. Na Závěr je zhodnocena jejich vhodnost k dalšímu použití. Aim of the thesis is to conclude and widen knowledge of backwashing principles in order to find potential use in Honeywell water filters. The aim of the first part is to make a research and to compare principles of backwashing in water filters. In last parts of the thesis three prototypes of backwash filters are designed and tested and feasibility study is made. Finally, their suitability for further use based on previous findings is assessed.
