Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou tepelného zpracování ocelí. Literární rešerše vysvětluje hlavní způsoby a principy tepelného zpracování ocelí, diagram železo-uhlík rovno-vážné struktury a diagramy IRA a ARA nerovnovážné struktury. Pozornost je dále soustředě-na na zařízení na tepelné zpracování ocelí a stručně jsou vysvětleny základní mechanické vlastnosti, které se využívají při vyhodnocování ocelí. V experimentální části je provedeno porovnání tří žárupevných ocelí, z hlediska litého stavu, tepelně zpracované oceli za používaných provozních postupů a laboratorně zpracovaných při horních teplotách daných normou. Tyto oceli jsou používané většinou v energetickém prů-myslu za vysokých teplot. Byla sledována jejich struktura a mechanické vlastnosti v různých fázích výroby odlitků. Na závěr jsou vypracována statistická hodnocení a porovnání těchto tří materiálů v rozsahu padesáti taveb. The Bachelor thesis deals with the questions of heat treatment of steels. The literature search explains the basic methods and principles of heat treatment of steels, the iron-carbon chart of equilibrium structure and the IRA and ARA charts of non-equilibrium structure. At-tention is also paid to the equipment for heat treatment of steels, and the principal mechanical properties that are used in the evaluation of steels are explained in brief. The experimental section contains the comparison of three creep-resisting steels in term of “as cast” condition, heat treated steel using operation procedures and laboratory-processed at up-per temperatures specified by the standard. These steels are mostly used in power industry at high temperatures. Their structure and mechanical properties were monitored at various phases of castings production. In conclusion, statistical evaluations and the comparison of those three materials are worked out within the scope of fifty heats.
