Centrem pozornosti bakalářské práce je napjatostně deformační analýza totální náhrady trapéziometakarpálního skloubení. První část práce tvoří medicínská podstata věci, a to z anatomického i patologického hlediska. Pojítko mezi rešeršní studií a analýzou představuje krátký úvod k metodě konečných prvků. K samotné napjatostně deformační analýze bylo využito programu ANSYS Workbench 14.5 založeného právě na metodě konečných prvků. Jedním ze záměrů je seznámit se s tímto programem a naučit se získávat správné výsledky. Hlavním cílem práce je zachytit a popsat napjatost a deformaci u zjednodušeného modelu jistého implantátu. I přes určitá zjednodušení by se měly výsledné hodnoty blížit těm reálným. Kromě zmiňované analýzy jsou v práci uvedeny různé přístupy, které lze k řešení použít. Nachází se zde také srovnání, které poukazuje na výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých přístupů. The center of attention of this bachelor’s thesis is stress and deformation analysis of the total replacement of the trapeziometacarpal joint. The first part is formed by medical essence of the matter, namely from the anatomical and pathological point of view. The connecting link between literature research and analysis creates a short introduce to the finite element method. To the stress and deformation analysis itself was used the program ANSYS Workbench 14.5 based just on the finite element method. One of the purposes is to get to know this program and to learn to gain correct results. The main target is to catch and describe stress and deformation of the simplified model of a certain implant. Despite some of the simplifications, resulting values should approach to the real values. Except for the mentioned analysis, there are introduced different approaches, which could be used for the solution. There is also some comparison of advantages and disadvantages of particular approaches.
