Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení s principy štíhlé výroby, což je metodika ke zvýšení produktivity, efektivity a kvality práce. V první části práce je ukázaná propojenost štíhlé výroby s konceptem štíhlého podniku. Následně jsou vyjmenovány a popsány vybrané metody štíhlé výroby. V druhé části práce je představeno implementování metody 5S na pracoviště elektromontáže a obrobny. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce priciples of lean manufacturing, which is a method of improving productivity, efficiency and quality of work. In the first part of the thesis, connection between lean manufacturing and lean company is demonstrated. Subsequently, selected methods of lean manufacturing are enumerated and described. In the second part of the thesis, implementation of 5S method at worplace of electro assembly and machining shop is introduced.
