Bakalářská práce se věnuje základům fraktální fyziky a jejich využití při studiu elektrických a dielektrických vlastností organických polovodičů. Teoretická část práce obsahuje základní rovnice fraktální fyziky a jejich aplikace na elektrické veličiny (elektrický náboj, hustota elektrického náboje, intenzita elektrického pole, elektrický potenciál). Praktická část práce obsahuje výsledky měření volt-ampérových charakteristik vzorků organických polovodičů a určení jejich fyzikálních parametrů (poloha Fermiovy energie, koncentrace nosičů náboje v látce) stanovených pomocí fraktálních vztahů odvozených v teoretické části práce. Bachelor's thesis deals with the basics of fractal physics and its use in research of electrical and dielectric properties of organic semiconductors. Theoretical part contains the basic fractal physics equations and their applications to electrical parameters (Fermi level, density of electric charge). Practical work includes the results of measurements of Amper-Volt characteristics of samples of organic semiconductors, and determines their physical parameters (Fermi level, concentration of charge carriers in substance).
