Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ochranu obyvatelstva při chemických haváriích. V úvodních kapitolách jsou uvedeny základní pojmy týkající se problematiky, základní informace o nebezpečných chemických látkách a jejich značení. Dále zde můžeme najít případové studie chemických havárií z minulosti a porovnání do současnosti. Důležité je neopomenout následky havárií, které mohou ovlivnit celou řadu životních situací. Co se týče problematiky ochrany obyvatelstva, je zde uveden přehled prostředků vhodných k ochraně před těmito nebezpečnými látkami, na což navazuje příručka, jak se v případě havárie chovat. Tato příručka by měla být přínosem pro každého, kdo se nachází v zóně havarijního plánování a je tudíž více ohrožen. V závěru samotné práce nalezneme zhodnocení stavu připravenosti a návrhy jak situaci vylepšit. This thesis aims to protect populations in chemical accidents. The introductory chapters present basic concepts related issues, basic terms on hazardous chemicals and their markings. You can also find here case studies of chemical accidents from the past compared to he present. It is important to note the consequences of accidents that can affect all sorts of situations. Regarding the issue of protection of the population, there is an overview of suitable means to prevent these dangerous substances, which continues to guide how to behave in case of an accident. This guide should be beneficial to anyone who is in the emergency planning zone and is therefore more vulnerable. At the end of this thesis we can find the state of readiness assessment and proposals to improve the situation.
