Následující bakalářská práce pojednává o jednom z možných způsobů určování rychlostních profilů v kapalinách. Obsah práce je zaměřen zejména na metodu UVP (Ultrasound Velocity Profile), na způsoby a principy měření, její klady a zápory a její srovnání s ostatními konvenčními metodami, jako například PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) a LDA (Laser Doppler Anemometry). V práci je dále popsáno možné uchycení převodníků k měřicí soustavě. Dále se práce zabývá problémy při zkušebním měření. Úvodem se práce zabývá seznámením s principem a funkcí měřicího zařízení a se samotným zařízením pro metodu UVP. Kromě metody UVP se pak práce zabývá stručným popisem konkurenčních měřicích metod – PIV a LDA, které jsou v současné době využívány k měření rychlostních profilů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována metodě PIV, jejíž význam v současnosti stále roste. Závěrem je provedeno porovnání jednotlivých měřicích metod s metodou UVP a zhodnocení kroků nutných pro úspěšné měření technikou UVP. The following bachelor's thesis deals with one possible way of determination velocity profiles in liquids. Content of the thesis is focused mainly on the method of the UVP (Ultrasound Velocity Profile), on the ways and principles of measuring, on its pluses and cons and it´s comparison with the other conventional methods, like for the example the PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) and LDA (Laser Doppler Anemometry). There is also the possible placement of the transducers to the measuring system discussed. Furthermore the thesis deals with trouble in the test measurement. At the beginning this work deals with familiarization with principle and function of the measuring device and with the device for the method UVP itself. Apart from the UVP measuring method the thesis also deals with short description of the competitive methods – PIV, LDA, which are used to measure the velocity profiles nowadays. Particular attention is given to the PIV method, which significance is currently growing. In conclusion, there is comparison of different methods with the UVP method made and there are the future steps to realize the successful measurement with UVP method also discussed.
