Projekt je vypracovaný pro základní analýzu hybridního svařování, které kombinuje laserové svařování s jinými metodami svařování, a to především s technologií MIG a MAG. Jsou zde tedy prezentovány kromě svařování LaserHybridem také tyto metody, které svařování LaserHybridem vytvářejí. Je zde porovnáváno jejich svarové provedení, ekonomické aspekty, využitelnost ve strojírenství a především jejich výhody a nevýhody. Svařování poměrně novou a nyní nepříliš rozšířenou metodou LaserHybridem je velice efektivní především ke spojování různých karosářských dílů, a to hlavně pro jeho zmenšení tavné lázně, dokonalejší překlenutelnosti mezer a také z ekonomického hlediska ke snížení výrobních časů. The project is elaborated for the basic analysis of hybrid welding that combines laser welding with other welding methods, especially with the MIG and MAG technologies. Besides the Laserhybrid process the methods, of which this Laserhybrid welding is composed, are also presented here. These methods are compared considering the aspects: firstly their advantages or disadvantages, followed by the welding performance, the economic aspect or the application in mechanical engineering. The welding using the relatively new and so far not much widely used Laserhybrid method is very efficient especially for the weld jointing of various bodywork parts. Respectively, this method is efficient for its smaller molten pool, better gap bridging and also for its economic aspect to reduce production times.
