Tato bakalářská práce si klade za úkol shromáždit základní informace o technologiích používaných při výrobě odlitků na hotovo, tedy bez nutnosti dalšího obrábění, tzv. „Net-Shape“. Zaměřena je především na technologii vytavitelného modelu, spalitelného modelu, skořepinového lití „Croning“, tlakové lití, lití do kokil a odstředivé lití. Všechny tyto technologie jsou porovnány z hlediska specifických vlastností, rozsahu použití, ekonomiky výroby, výhod, nevýhod, výsledné kvality odlitků a dalších důležitých faktorů. This thesis has the task to gather basic information about the technologies used in the manufacture of finished castings, i.e. without further processing, the so-called "Net-Shape". It is focused on technology investment pattern, the combustible model shell casting "Croning“, die casting pressure, die casting to ingot and centrifugal casting. All these technologies are compared in terms of specific features, range use, production economy, the advantages, disadvantages, the resulting quality of castings and other important factors.
