Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou návrhu technologického postupu pro zadanou součást. Cílem je zhodnocení stávající technologie výroby a navržení nové progresivní varianty, která umožňuje efektivní využití CNC soustruhu Tornado T6MS s protivřetenem. Nová technologie využívá variabilní a časově úsporný systém upínání Coromant Capto. This bachelor thesis deals with problems of a concept of a technological plan for the submitted component. The aim is to evaluate current technology of a production and to offer proposal of the new progressive variation, which allows effective usage of CNC turning machine Tornado T6MS with the second spindle. This new technology uses variable and timesaving clamping system Coromant Capto.
