Bakalářská práce na téma „Ekonomická analýza řezného nástroje“ je věnována ekonomické analýze nákladů na pořízení a použití různých druhů řezných nástrojů, jejichž použití má významný vliv na ekonomiku výroby a mimo jiné také s náklady spojenými s jakostí výsledného produktu. Rozborem použitelnosti užitných vlastností jednotlivých nástrojů, které jsou používané ve strojním obrábění byla analyzována ekonomická výhodnost pro firmy. Toto kriterium musí firmy zohlednit již při technologické přípravě výroby. Dalším kriteriem pro rozhodování by měla být i výsledná jakost výrobku. Pro firmy které sledují náklady na jakost v průběhu celého výrobního cyklu je to samozřejmostí. Kvůli pravidelnému ostření klasických řezných nástrojů – nožů je výhodnější použití nástrojů s břitovou destičkou. Bachelor's thesis on ”Economic analysis of cutting tools“ is devoted to economic analysis the costs of acquisition and use of different types of cutting tools, whose use has a significant influence on the economy of production and, inter alia with the costs related to the quality of the final product. Analysis of the applicability of utility properties of instruments that are used in the mechanical machining was analyzed economically advantageous for the company. This criterion must take account of the company when the production technology. Another decision-making criteria should be the final product quality. For firms pursuing the cost of quality throughout the production cycle is of course due to classical periodic sharpening cutting tools - knives, it is preferable to use instruments with tip.
