Ve studii jsou na základě nymburských register z let 1629-1634 opraveny a doplněny starší výzkumy k dějinám pobělohorské emigrace. Dosud byl přebírán údaj Tomáše V. Bílka (150 nymburských sousedů), který vycházel pouze ze dvou seznamů z let 1626 a 16227. Z register ale vyplývá, že na začátku 30. let se minimálně 22 z nich zdržovalo znovu v Nymburce, někteří přitom zastávali důležité funkce v městské správě. Dalších 8 osob z Bílkova seznamu se prokazatelně po r. 1629 zdržovalo v Čechách. The study contents the comparation of older researches on the emigration from Czech lands after 1620 and the results of analysis of municipal correspondence of royal town Nymburk from 1629-1634. Most of the authors wrote about 150 citizens of Nymburk, the number based on two lists from 1626 and 1627 and published by T. V. Bílek in 1883. The study proves, that to 1629 at least 22 of them returned to Nymburk and even had high position in the municipal administration and at least 8 persons did not leave the Czech lands.
