V bakalářské práci je předložen návrh svařování mixážního tubusu. Literární studie shrnuje poznatky z lepení plastů, výběru vhodného materiálu pro zadaný výrobek a porovnání metod svařování plastů. Při výběru materiálu je brán důraz na kontakt výrobku s chemickými látkami. Pro vysokou chemickou a mechanickou odolnost je vybrán materiál PVC. Dosažení kvalitního svarového spojení zaručuje metoda svařování na tupo horkým tělesem, pro kterou je navržen jednoúčelový svařovací přípravek. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to submit a design for welding of mixing body tube. The literary study summarizes knowledge of plastic bonding, choosing the right material for the given product and comparing methods of plastic welding. The reaction between the product and chemical substances plays a key role when choosing the right material. Therefore PVC has been chosen for its high chemical and mechanical resistance. A qualitative welding joint is ensured by using the method of heated element butt welding through a designed single-purpose welding machine.
