Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh dvougeneračního rodinného domu. Stavební pozemek se nachází ve Slovenské republice, na kraji obce Okoč. Novostavba je určena pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a dva prarodiče, z nichž jeden je na vozíčku, proto je část rodinného domu řešena bezbariérově. Rodinný dům je dvoupodlažní nepodsklepený a je rozdělen na dvě bytové jednotky, které jsou vzájemně propojeny. Součástí objektu je i garáž a zastřešené stání vždy pro jeden osobní automobil. Obvodové zdivo rodinného domu bude provedeno z pórobetonových tvárnic YTONG P4-500. Stropní konstrukce jsou navrženy jako polomontované, zhotovuje se z ŽB nosníků, pórobetonových vložek, vyztužení a přebetonováním. Rodinný dům je zastřešen plochou jednoplášťovou střechou. The subject of this thesis is to design a two-generation detached house. The building plot is located in the Slovak Republic, on the outskirts of village Okoč. The house is designed for a family of four, and two grandparents, one of whom is in a wheelchair, so the part of the house is solved accessible. House has two floors without basement and is divided into two dwelling units, which are interconnected. The property also includes a garage and a covered parking place, each for one car only. Perimeter walls of the house will be made of aerated concrete blocks YTONG P4-500. The ceilings are designed as half-prefabricated from reinforced concrete beams, aerated concrete liners, reinforcement and concreting. The detached house is covered with flat single-roof.
