Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem zděného polyfunkčního rodinného domu v malebném prostředí městečka Štramberk. V objektu je situována bezbariérová keramická dílna s vlastní prodejnou a jedna bytová jednotka pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. U navrhované stavby byl kladen důraz na funkčnost, energetickou nenáročnost a zakomponování do místní krajiny. Objekt je částečně podsklepený, má 2 nadzemní podlaží a podkroví. Střecha je sedlová, krytá keramickou pálenou krytinou. V prvním podlaží je z obývacího pokoje přístupná rozlehlá terasa, která skýtá příjemný výhled do krajiny. Bachelor's thesis describes the design of multifunctional brick family house in the picturesque town Štramberk. In the building there is a barrier free ceramic workshop with own store and a housing unit for a family of four. The main focus was on functionality, low energy consumption and placement into the local landscape. The building has a partial basement, two floors and an attic. The roof is gabled, covered with ceramic burnt roofing. On the first floor there is a living room with large terrace, which offers a nice view of the countryside.
