Cílem této bakalářské práce je stanovení nákladů na výstavbu rodinného domu srubového ve srovnání s dřevostavbou. První část práce se věnuje přírodním stavebním materiálům. Jejich vlastnostmi, použitím a porovnáním s průmyslově vyráběnými stavebními materiály. Druhá část práce nejprve stručně charakterizuje odlišné stavební konstrukce vybraných rodinných domů, dřevostaveb a srubu. Následně jsou pro konstrukce sestaveny rozpočty, srovnána a vyhodnocena jejich nákladnost. Rozpočet je sestaven na základě výkazu výměr dřevostavby zateplené balíky ze slámy. Na závěr jsou uvedeny kladné a záporné vlastnosti těchto domů. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the costs of building a family house log cabin compared to the wooden building. The first part focuses on natural building materials. Their characteristics, applications and comparison with industrially produced building materials. The second part firstly describes various structures of selected family houses, wooden houses and log cabin in brief. Subsequently, the structure budgets are assembled, compared and evaluated their costs. The budget is based on a bill of quantities wooden houses insulated by straw bales. Finally the positive and negative characteristics of these houses are listed.
