Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu Organizace projektu výstavby. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na objasnění základních pojmů z oblasti projektového řízení, popisuje životní cyklus projektu, časové plánování projektu a závěr se věnuje řízením změn projektu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na organizaci projektu výstavby, hlavně na plánování času pomocí harmonogramu prací výstavby. Problematika je řešená na reálném projektu, který je řízený českou stavební firmou, kterého předmětem je výstavba nového výrobního areálu. The bachelor‘s thesis deals with „Construction Project Organization“. The theoretical part of this thesis explains the basic concepts of project management, describes the project´s life cycle, time planning and deals with the change management at the end of the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the project management of construction and mainly with time planning done by construction work schedule. The issue is solved on a real project led by the Czech construction company, and the topic is a construction of new manufacturing grounds.
