Bakalářská práce řeší realizace zajištění stavební jámy a založení železobetonového skeletového objektu ve Zlíně. Budova je založena na hlubinných pilotách s nízkopotenciálním získáváním tepla a chladu. Tento stavebně technologický projekt obsahuje položkový výkaz výměr, návrh zařízení staveniště, technologický předpis pro provádění pažených pilot, návrh strojní sestavy, časový, kontrolní a zkušební plán a plán bezpečnosti práce pro danou technologickou etapu. The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the implementation of the construction pit and structural foundation of reinforced concrete skeleton-frame structure in Zlín. The building is erected on deep piles with low-potential heat and cold recovery. The construction technological project includes an itemized bill of quantities, the draft site equipment, technological note for the implementation of sheet piles, list of mechanical equipment, time, inspection and test plan and safety plan for the relevant technological stage.
