Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh nadstandardního rodinného domu s dvěma nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím v obci Trubějov. Návrh je zpracován na úrovni projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro provedení stavby. Rodinný dům je situován na parcele č. 259/10, katastrální území Trubějov. Stěnový konstrukční systém je POROTHERM, založený na betonových pasech a zastřešen plochou střechou. Stropní konstrukce je tvořena prefabrikovanými stropními panely Spiroll. Vstup do domu je situován na severovýchod. Rodinný dům má půdorysný tvar L, který je po patrech odstupňován do obdélníků. Projekt byl zpracován pomocí počítačového programu AutoCad. The topic of this bachelor thesis is a proposal of a family house with two upper floors and an underground floor in Trubějov. The proposal is made on the level of project documentation for a realization of the construction. The family house is situated on the plot no. 259/10 under the cadastre authority of Trubějov. The construction system of the walls is POROTHERM, which is based on concrete strips and roofed with a flat roof. The ceiling construction consists of prefabricated ceiling panels Spiroll. The entrance to the house is situated on the north-east side. The floor plan of the house has a L-shape, which is floor-wise stepped in rectangles. The project was made using the computer programme AutoCad.
