Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením projektu výstavby. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici projektu, životní cyklus, časové plánování a jeho nástroje. Druhá část práce je část praktická, zabývá se aplikací projektového řízení firmou ZemiBau, s. r. o., zejména organizační strukturou výstavby, maticí odpovědností, výběrem subdodavatelů a řízením času skrze harmonogram výstavby. Firma provedla několik zásadních změn před dokončením. V závěru této části jsou vytvořeny harmonogramy definování a plánování v různých softwarech a následné vyhodnocení. This thesis is concerned with managing the construction project. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of the project life cycle, scheduling and its tools. The second part is the practical part, deals with the application of project management firm ZemiBau Ltd. in particular organizational structure construction, responsibility matrix, selection of subcontractors and time management through the construction schedule. The Company made several major changes before completion. In conclusion of this section are designed to define schedules and planning in various software and subsequent evaluation.
