Předmětem předkládané bakalářské práce je zpracování návrhu rodinného domu se zubní ordinací ve formě projektové dokumentace, včetně problémů, které s daným tématem souvisí. Dům se bude nacházet ve městě Bystřice pod Hostýnem, bude částečně podsklepený s 2 nadzemními podlažími. Terén na stavební parcele se mírně svažuje na severozápadní stranu. Objekt bude proveden ze zděného systému POROTHERM s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem, bude mít sedlovou střechu a dvě jednoplášťové ploché střechy. Při návrhu byl hlavně kladen důraz na funkční, dispoziční a architektonickou stránku užívání rodinného domu The aim of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new detached house with dentist office. The project is created in form of project documentation including all problems and related issues. The building is situated in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floors and it is built from brick system POROTHERM with contact insulation. The construction has two forms of roofs – gable roof and two single-lower flat roofs. Concerning house-building plot, terrain slopes down to northwest side. This project is primarily focused on functional, disposal and architectural aspects of detached house.
