Diplomová práce popisuje základní postupy z oblasti řízení projektu výstavby. Pro lepší pochopení postupů zde vysvětluji i pojmy, které jsou v této práci obsažené. Cílem práce je seznámit se s konkrétními postupy a metodami řízení projektu v průběhu realizace stavební zakázky. This thesis describes the basic procedures of the management of a construction project. For a better understanding of the processes here explains the concepts that are contained in this work. The goal is to become familiar with the specific procedures and methods of project management during the implementation of construction projects.
