Projekt rieši novostavbu čiastočne podpivničeného samostatne stojaceho rodinného domu určeného pre bývanie jednogeneračnej rodiny zloženej zo štyroch osôb. Situovaného na svažitom pozemku, prístupného z miestnej obslužnej komunikácie. Objekt má tri nadzemné a jedno podzemné podlažie. Je zastrešený vegetačnými extenzívnymi strechami a to nad druhým prízemným podlažím plochou strechou a nad tretím nadzemným podlažím pultovou strechou. Založenie objektu je na základových pásoch z prostého betónu. Nosný systém je zo stavebného systému Ytong. V suteréne je situovaná garáž, technická miestnosť a komora. V prvom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza kuchyňa, obývacia izba, spálňa a hygienické zariadenia. V druhom nadzemnom podlaží je hygienické zariadenie a detské izby, jedna z nich je vybudovaná ako mezonetová. The project deals with a new – built section basement detached house designed for one - generation family, consisting of four members. It is situated in a slope area, the entrance is from the local utility road. The building has three storeys and a basement. The roofing is made by extensive vegetative roofs. There is a flat roof over the first floor and a pent roof over the second floor. The building is based on the strip footing of plain concrete. The bearing system is from the Ytong building system. The garage, the technical room and the storeroom are basement. On the groundfloor there are a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and bathrooms. On the first floor there are bathrooms and children s rooms built as a maisonnette.
