Bakalářská práce řeší přípravu a organizaci technologické etapy vnitřních a dokončovacích procesů v cukrářské dílně v Trutnově. Základem práce je rozpočet této technologické etapy a časový plán. Pozornost je dále věnována technologickým předpisům zabývajícími se zděním vnitřních dělících konstrukcí, omítek a keramické dlažby. Na tuto část navazuje návrh vhodných stavebních strojů, návrh staveniště, kontrola jakosti prací, zajištění bezpečnosti jejich provádění a minimalizace vlivu na životní prostředí. The bachelor thesis deals with the preparation and organization of technological stages interior and finishing processes in the confectionery workshop in Trutnov. The basis of this work is the budget of technological phase and timetable. It focuses its attention on the technological regulations dealing with masonry inner partitions, plaster and ceramic tiles. This part is followed by the design of building machinery, proposal building site, quality control work, and safety of work and minimization of environmental impact.
