Jedná se o samostatně stojící dvougenerační rodinný dům v částečně zastavěném území. Stavba se nachází v obci Kobylnice vzdálené přibližně 15 km jihovýchodně od Brna. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží, je nepodsklepený. Bytová jednotka v 1.NP je určena pro rodinu se dvěma dětmi. Nachází se zde zádveří se šatnou, WC, koupelna, ložnice rodičů, dětský pokoj, obývací pokoj s pracovnou a jídelna spojená s kuchyní. Z dětského pokoje a jídelny s kuchyní je možnost výstupu na terasu umístěnou na terénu. Bytová jednotka v 2.NP je určené pro manželský pár. Patří sem zádveří a schodiště, místnost pro domácí práce spojená se šatnou, WC, koupelna, ložnice, obývací pokoj, kuchyně s jídelnou, spíž a venkovní terasa. V domě je i společná garáž se dvěma stáními pro osobní auta. Dům je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu a je vyzděn ze stavebního systému Porotherm. Střecha je pultová se sklonem 7°. Střešní krytina je falcovaná plechová Lindab Click. Zastavěná plocha je 228,4 m2. Součástí je také seminární práce na téma Skladby střešního pláště pro různé druhy střech dle ČSN 73 1901. This is a detached two-generation house in a partially built-up area. The building is situated in the village of Kobylnice, that lies approximately 15 km south-east from Brno. The building has two floors without cellar. Ground floor dwelling unit is meant for a family with two childern. There is entrance hall with dressing room, WC, bathroom, parents´ bedroom, bedroom for childern, living room with study and kitchen with dining room. There is also ground-level terrace accessable from childern´s room and kitchen with dining room. Second floor dwelling unit is meant for a married couple. There is entrance hall and staircase, room for household choirs with dressing room, WC, bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, pantry and terrace. There is also a common garage with parking space for two cars. The house is based on strips made of plain concrete and is built of the Porotherm building system. Skillion roof is pitched with an inclination of 7°. Roofing tile is standing seam sheet steel Lindab Click. Built-up area is 228,4 m2. There is also included a seminar paper on the topic: Structures of roof cladding for various kinds of roofs according to ČSN 73 1901.
