V bakalářské práci se zabývám návrhem jednogeneračního rodinného domu s cestovní kanceláří. Objekt se bude realizovat v obci Lanžhot u Břeclavi. Jedná se o částečně podsklepený dvoupodlažní dům. Nosné zdivo je z keramických tvarovek s vloženou minerální vlnou a v suterénu z tvárnic ztraceného bednění s izolací neopor. Střecha objektu je pultová a jednoplášťová plochá s extenzivní zelení. Součástí stavby je i garáž navržená jako dřevěná rámová konstrukce. In my bachelor thesis I deal with a project of a single-family house with a travel agency. The building will be implemented in the village Lanžhot near Břeclav. It is a two-storey house with a partial basement. Bearing walls are made of ceramic blocks with embedded mineral wool. In the basement shuttering blocks with thermal insulation are used. The building is provided with a shed roof and a single skin flat roof with extensive greenery. A part of the project is a garage designed as a wooden frame structure.
