Projekt řeší novostavbu rodinného domu s realitní kanceláří v obci Sokolnice. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící, pozemek je situován ve velmi mírném svažitém území. Rodinný dům půdorysně zaujímá tvar písmene T, je třípodlažní, částečně podsklepený. První patro je funkčně rozděleno na část obytnou a část provozní. Součástí objektu je garáž a 2 parkovací stání pro zákazníky realitní kanceláře. Dům má jednoplášťovou a vegetační plochou střechu, zdivo z keramických tvárnic POROTHERM, v suterénní části použity tvarovky ztraceného bednění CSB. The project deals with a new building of a house with a real estate agency in Sokolnice. The building is designed as a detached house. The site is situated in a gently sloping area. The three-storey house has a T-shaped ground plan and a partial basement. The first floor is functionally divided into a living part and business premises. The project includes a garage and two parking spaces for the customer of the real estate agency. The building is provided with a single skin and vegetative flat roof and masonry from the ceramic bricks Porotherm. Shuttering blocks CSB are used in the basement.
