Bakalářská práce "Nízkopodlažní bytové domy" řeší výstavbu bytových domů v Brně, městské části Sadová. Bytové domy jsou navrženy na rohové parcele s původním využitím jako louka a zahrádkářské plochy. Objekty jsou umístěny na rovinatém terénu. Projekt navazuje na studii “Panorama Kociánka”, zamýšlenou výstavbu bytových domů na severovýchodní straně pozemku. Objekt má jedno podzemní a tři nadzemní podlaží. Nosnou konstrukci tvoří stěnový systém založený na základových pasech. Střecha je plochá. Součástí bakalářské práce je model a detail posuvně skládacích stínících panelů. The bachelor´s thesis "Low-rise residential buildings" deals with the construction of a residential buildings in Brno, Sadová. The residential building is designed on a corner plot which original use was as a meadow and garden area. The building is located on flat terrain. The project builds on the study "Panorama Kociánka", the intended construction of residential buildings on the northeast side of the land. The building has one underground and three floors. Building structure is created of wall system placed on concrete grid foundations. The roof is flat. Part of the bachelor´s thesis is the physical model and detail of sliding folding shielding panels.
