Návrh je založen na silném potenciálu pozemku v souvislosti s jeho atraktivním umístěním v blízkosti centra Brna a zároveň v těsné návaznosti na přírodu. Hmotové řešení plyne ze snahy vytvořit soustavu veřejných až soukromých prostor při současném zachování kontinuity celku. Výška zástavby klesá a řídne směrem k lesu a obrací se čelem na jih. Soubor nabídne byty všech velikostí od garsonky po mezonet, prostor pro pobyt v přírodě i občanskou vybavenost. This design is based on the site's strong potential in regards to its attractive location near Brno city centre and at the same time its proximity to nature. The solution of volumes results from an effort to create a system of public through private spaces while maintaining the continuity of the whole. This residential complex can offer apartments of all sizes, from flatlets to five bedroom flats and even houses. It also provides its neighborhood with new possibilities to shop and to spend time outdoors.
