Bakalářská práce pojednává o motivaci spolupracovníků ve stavebním podniku. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout zlepšení stávající motivace pro vybraný podnik. Teoretická část je věnována výkladu základních pojmů a teorií, které souvisí s tématem bakalářské práce. Ve druhé, tedy praktické části, je na základě dotazníkového šetření zhodnocen dosavadní motivační systém vybrané firmy a doporučeny jeho případné změny. Návrh zlepšení systému motivace může přispět ke spokojenosti a loajálnosti zaměstnanců v dané firmě, kteří budou svoji práci vykonávat efektivněji a zodpovědněji. The thesis deals with employee motivation in construction company. The aim of the thesis is to improve the current concept of firm motivation in a selected company. The theoretical part introduces the basic terms and theories related to the topic. Based on a questionnaire survey, the practical part assesses the current system of motivation in the particular company in order to recommend prospective changes to its incentive system. The proposal to improve the system of employee motivation can contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty of the employees who will work efficiently and responsibly.
