Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením projektů a jeho praktickou aplikací na konkrétním případě. Cílem této práce je naplánovat realizaci stavby rodinného domu ve spolupráci se stavební firmou Movis Hronov, s. r. o., navrhnout časový harmonogram tak, aby efektivně využíval zaměstnance během celého projektu. První část se zabývá základními pojmy a poznatky z teorie řízení projektů, dále se zabývá definováním postupů a teorií některých vybraných metod, kterými lze provádět časovou analýzy, analýzu nákladů, rizika, či zdrojů. Druhá část je zaměřena na praktickou aplikaci příslušných analýz při stavbě rodinného domu, kdy cílem je sestavit časový harmonogram celého projektu a provedení jednotlivých analýz, pro získání přehledu o časovém trvání projektu, čerpání nákladů a rozvržení pracovních zdrojů během celé stavby. Jednotlivé analýzy jsou provedeny pomocí programu Microsoft Office Project. This thesis focuses on project management and its practical application to a specific case. The goal of the submitted thesis is to plan the realization of construction of detached house in cooperation with construction company Movis Hronov, s.r.o. and to put forward a time schedule, which will effectively use company employees during the whole project. The first part introduces basic terms and findings of the project management theory and defines procedures and theories of chosen methods to perform analysis of time schedule, costs, risk and sources. The second part focuses on the application of corresponding analyses in the process of detached house construction, which aims to create a time schedule of the whole project and performance of individual analyses in order to obtain an overview of duration of the project, costs drawing and work sources planning during the whole construction. The analyses were carried out using Microsoft Office Project.
