Cílem této práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit fenomén konzumerismu a konzumní společnosti z pohledu historie, sociologie a ekonomie. Práce rovněž zkoumá možné příčiny a důsledky tohoto jevu. Práce je teoretické povahy a neobsahuje praktickou část. The main goal of this thesis is to analyse and evaluate the phenomena of consumerism and consumer society in the context of history, sociology and economy. It also explores possible causes and effects of this phenomena. The thesis is theoretical and does not contain a practical section.
