Cílem bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat kroky našeho přímo voleného prezidenta Miloše Zemana v úřadě skrze nekontrasignované pravomoci a odpovědět na otázku, jestli se naplnily zejména negativní argumenty akademické obce v rámci těchto pravomocí. Druhým cílem práce je snaha zodpovědět, které z těchto pravomocí se naše hlava státu snažila využít šířeji, než mu stanovuje Ústava a výklad české právnické obce. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the steps of our first directly elected president Milos Zeman in the office through the non-countersigned powers and answer the question whether there were filled the negative arguments of the academicians within those powers. The second aim of this thesis is an attempt to answer which of these powers tried our head of state to use broader than it establishes the Constitution and the interpretation of the Czech law community.
