Cílem této práce je provedení finanční analýzy společnosti Equa bank a.s. od roku 2011, kdy došlo ke změně vlastníka a k přejmenování společnosti, do roku 2015. Tato práce je rozdělena na tři základní části. První část tvoří kapitoly Obecný popis finanční analýzy a Postup, metody a ukazatelé finanční analýzy. V této části je popsána podstata finanční analýzy a její obecný postup. Druhou část tvoří kapitoly Equa bank a.s. a Analýza odvětví. Tato část obsahuje základní informace o vybrané společnosti a dále pak analýzu situace na bankovním trhu. Poslední část je složena z kapitoly Analýza finančních výkazů a Finanční ukazatelé. Tato část se zabývá analýzou finanční situace společnosti. V samotném závěru jsou obsaženy shrnuté poznatky z analýzy a doporučení pro společnost z nich vycházejících. The aim of the thesis is a financial analysis of the company Equa bank Inc. since year 2011 when the company change the ownership and being renamed to year 2015. The thesis consist of three main parts. The first part consists of chapters General Description of the financial analysis and Procedures, methods and indicators of financial analysis. This part describes the essence of financial analysis and its general approach. The second part consists of chapters Equa bank Inc. and "Analysis of the sector. This part contains basic information about the company and analysis of the banking market situation. The last part consists of the chapter Analysis of Financial Statements and Financial indicators. This section analyzes the financial situation of the company. The thesis conclusion contained summarizes of the analysis and recommendations for the company.
