Témou tejto diplomovej práce je rozširovanie EÚ a NATO a reakcie Ruska na tieto rozširovania. Cieľom práce je analyzovať, či rozširovania EÚ a NATO po konci studenej vojny vytvárajú novú deliacu líniu v Európe. Analýza je zasadená do konštruktivistického teoretického východiska. Skúmané budú teda hlavne odlišné identity Západu (pre potreby tejto práce reprezentovaného EÚ a NATO) a Ruska. Tieto odlišné identity by potom mali spôsobovať, že daní aktéri vnímajú rozširovanie EÚ a NATO z iného pohľadu. Odlišné videnie určitej reality má za následok vytváranie napätia medzi akýmisi dvomi "hodnotovými blokmi" a tým môže pripomínať studenú vojnu. Tématem této diplomové práce je rozšiřování EU a NATO a reakce Ruska na tyto rozšiřování. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jestli rozšiřování EU a NATO po konci studené války vytváří novou dělící linii v Evropě. Analýza je zasazená do konstruktivistického teoretického východiska. Zkoumány budou tedy hlavně odlišné identity Západu (pro potřeby této práce reprezentovaného EU a NATO) a Ruska. Tyto odlišné identity by pak měly způsobovat, že aktéři vnímají rozšiřování EU a NATO z jiného pohledu. Odlišné vidění určité reality má za následek vytváření napětí mezi dvěma "hodnotovými bloky" a tím může připomínat studenou válku. The theme of this thesis is the enlargement of the EU and NATO, and Russia's response to such expansion. The aim of this work is to analyze whether the expansion of these institutions after the end of the Cold War is creating a new dividing line in Europe. The analysis is embedded in a constructivist theoretical perspective. I will therefore examine the distinct identities of the West (for purposes of this work represented by the EU and NATO) and Russia. These different identities should cause that the actors perceive the EU and NATO enlargements from a different perspective. Different vision of certain reality then creates tension between the two "value blocks" and thus may resemble the Cold War.
