Bakalářská práce se zabývá Společnou zahraniční a bezpečnostní politikou Evropské Unie (SZBP), konkrétně vlivem Lisabonské smlouvy na tuto politiku. Kromě analýzy vývoje a vlivů Lisabonské smlouvy na SZBP obecně, jsou tyto změny prakticky demonstrovány na dvou misích EUBAM, z nichž právě jedna byla zahájena před přijetím Lisabonské smlouvy, a druhá již po její platnosti. První kapitola se věnuje samotnému vývoji SZBP, a ve druhé kapitole se věnuji právě inovacím, které přinesla Lisabonská smlouva. Třetí kapitola se věnuje misím EUBAM. Popisuje především jejich cíle a průběh, a na konci této kapitoly se věnuji srovnání těchto misí a vlivu Lisabonské smlouvy v této oblasti. Bachelor thesis deals with Common foreign and security policy of the European Union (CFSP), especially with the influence of the Lisbon Treaty to this policy. Except of the evolution analysis and influence of the Lisbon Treaty in general, are these changes demonstrated on two EUBAM missions, when one of them has begun before the Lisbon Treaty, and the second one after. First chapter focuses on the development of CFSP, second chapter deals with changes, brought by the Lisbon Treaty. Third chapter deals with two EUBAM missions and describes their objectives and progress. At the end of this chapter, there is a comparison of those two missions and the Lisbon Treaty influence conclusion.
