[cze][eng] Nový Zéland je vyspělou zemí, kde lze nejsnáze založit podnik a státem s překrásnými scenériemi a řadou ojedinělých přírodních, společenských, a sportovních atraktivit,které lákají čím dál více turistů. Cílem této práce je specifikovat podnikatelské prostředí a vývoj cestovního ruchu na Novém Zélandu. Vedlejším cílem práce je vytvoření případové studie na společnost Tourism Holdings Limited, která podniká na Novém Zélandu zejména v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Pro podrobnější prozkoumání podnikání společnosti je následně v druhé polovině případové studie vybrán jeden z podniků Tourism Holdings Limited, cestovní kancelář Kiwi Experience a srovnán s konkurencí Stray bus. Na základě tohoto srovnání je pak vytvořena SWOT analýza. Vnitřní atributy cestovní kanceláře Kiwi Experience jsou čerpány především z vypracovaného marketingového mixu podniku a vnější atributy podniku zejména z charakteristik teritoria Nového Zélandu a statistických dat zaznamenávajících vývoj cestovního ruchu na Novém Zélandu. Nový Zéland byl světovou bankou označen jako země s nejvhodnějšími podmínkami pro podnikání. Založit podnik lze na Novém Zélandu během jediného dne. Také ekonomika Nového Zélandu prochází pozitivním vývojem. V posledních letech byl zaznamenám růst HDP, pokles nezaměstnanosti, posílení novozélandského dolaru a stabilní vývoj míry inflace. Trend cestovního ruchu Nového Zélandu je také rostoucí. Počet příjezdů turistů na Nový Zéland v posledních třech letech roste a v porovnání s nejčetnějšími exporty se výdaje turistů v mezinárodním cestovním ruchu blíží hodnotě vyvážených mléčných výrobků z Nového Zélandu. Společnost Tourism Holdings Limited působí na trhu Nového Zélandu již třicátým druhým rokem a její hospodaření dosahuje svých cílů maximalizace zisku. Cestovní kancelář Kiwi Experience má řadu silných stránek, mezi které patří především dobré podnikatelské výsledky a specializace podniku na jeden segment zákazníků. Kiwi Experience by se měla zaměřit na svou negativní reputaci vyskytující se v některých recenzích na internetu a na zpřehlednění itineráře a mapy trasy jejich výletních autobusů. Příležitostí pro tento podnik je růst poptávky po jejích produktech respektive službách a příznivý vývoj příjezdů turistů na Nový Zéland. Cestovní kanceláři Kiwi Experience by mohlo uškodit například zesílení konkurence nebo zpomalení vývoje ekonomiky na Novém Zélandu. Analýza podnikání a cestovního ruchu i progresivní podnikatelské výsledky novozélandské společnosti Tourism Holdings Limited dokládají pozitivní trendy podnikání v cestovním ruchu na Novém Zélandu.New Zealand is a well developed country, where it is easy to start a new business. Also it is a country with beautiful sceneries and a range of unique natural, social and sports attractions, which allure more and more tourists. The aim of this thesis is to specify entrepreneurial environment and development of tourism in New Zealand. The side goal of this thesis is to elaborate a case study on the company Tourism Holdings Limited, which is doing its business in New Zealand particularly in the field of tourism. One company, the travel agency Kiwi Experience, operated by Tourism Holdings Limited is afterwards chosen for a more detailed description and compared with its competition Stray bus. The SWOT analysis is then made on the grounds of this comparison. The inner attributes of the travel agency Kiwi Experience are drawn especially from the evaluated marketing mix of the company and outer attributes of the company mainly from the territorial characteristics of New Zealand and statistical data recording the development of tourism in New Zealand. New Zealand was determined by the World Bank as the country with the most suitable conditions for starting a business. One can start a business in New Zealand within one day. Also the economy of New Zealand is in progress. A growth in gross domestic product, decline of unemployment, appreciation of the New Zealand Dollar and stable development of inflation rate were noticed during the last few years. The trend of New Zealand tourism is also growing. The number of the tourist arrivals increases and the international tourism expenditures are approaching the value of dairy products exported from New Zealand. The company Tourism Holdings Limited has been operating on the New Zealand market for thirty two years and its economic activities are achieving the goal of maximization of its profit. The travel agency Kiwi Experience has many strengths among which especially belong good entrepreneurial results and specialization of the company on one particular segment of customers. In the future Kiwi Experience should focus on its negative reputation occurring in several reviews on the internet and make the itinerary and the route maps of their adventure buses clearer. The opportunity for this travel agency is the growth of demand in their products (services) and the development of tourist arrivals to New Zealand. The travel agency Kiwi Experience might be, for instance, harmed by strengthening of other competition or slowing down of the development of New Zealand economy. The analysis of entrepreneurship, tourism and also the progressive entrepreneurial results of New Zealand company Tourism Holdings Limited support the positive trends of entrepreneurship in tourism in New Zealand.
